Welcome to the official documentation of lean onLean On

The home page for all application management is called the Content Management System or, for short, CMS.

CMS stands for Content Management System.

There are five major areas of the CMS, those are:

Training programs section is dedicated to all aspects of workout programs, trainings and exercise setups. The section is divided in two areas, Workouts and Setup.

Workouts section is in turn divided in to:

  • Exercise
  • Trainings
  • Workout Programs

Exercise

Exercise section is the core of the Content Management System. On this page you can create new exercises, change details of existing exercises and delete exercises.

Workout Programs

From the setup part the user can control all lists and terms in relation to the Workouts. The available pages are:

  • Program type
  • Training type
  • Muscle groups
  • Intensity
  • Goals
  • Environments
  • Level
  • Equipment

Notes:

  • More information you provide in the lists will enable more options on the workouts section and enhance the experience of the end users.

Food programs section is dedicated to all aspects of Nutrition programs, meals and meal groups and dietery setups. The section is divided in two areas, Nutrition and Setup.

Nutrition section is in turn divided in to:

  • Meal
  • Meal groups
  • Nutrition Programs

From the setup part the user can control all lists and terms in relation to the Nutrition. The available pages are:

  • Allergens
  • Diet
  • Food preference

Notes:

  • More information you provide in the lists will enable more options on the Nutrition section and enhance the experience of the end users.

Promotions section is used to set up special events, feed and blogs and go through user reviews.

Users & Subscription page is the spot for all user related settings, list of active users, report page for usage statistic, subscription and payment reports.

Advance section has only the Translate page.

Translate enables full controll of all messages across the applications, it is an advanced and extremely technical part of the CMS which require good knowledge of the application and it`s features.
