Client Messages
You can use this feature to talk with your users and vice versa. This section of the CMS can be found on the left sidebar within Your App tab.
This is excellent tool to engage with your clients on a more personal level. You can also motivate your users and share info with them regarding the plans, workouts, recipes and everything else.
